Room Attendant
This position involves cleaning the hotel guest rooms with duties such as making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and making the room sparkle. | | Public Area Cleaner
P.A.C maintain the cleanliness of both front and back of house areas with duties including mopping floors, cleaning toilets, leaning offices, dusting and vacuuming. | | Food and Beverage Attendant
Fables Restaurant serves breakfast and both a la carte and buffet. Tales Bar serves a variety of beverages and cocktails.
As a Food and Beverage Attendant you may be required to work in any outlet including Room Service, Restaurant, Tales Bar, Mini Bar or Banquets. Previous experience would be advantageous. | | Stewards
A Steward
is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our main and banquet kitchens.
Duties include washing dishes, cleaning pots, pans, stoves and ovens. Cleaning

A Front Office GSA is responsible for providing efficient service through the guest registration and departure process. Individuals must be able to demonstrate accurate cashiering skills and be passionate about customer service. | | Porter
You must
hold a full current drivers license and be able to drive both manual and
automatic vehicles. Working as a Porter requires general knowledge of the Gold
Coast and tourist attractions. You are also physically fit, as this position
requires you to assist our guests with their luggage to and from their
